Covid Test: learn to distinguish them and know which one to choose

Molecular tests: test that highlights the presence of genetic material (RNA) of the virus. It is currently the most reliable test for diagnosing coronavirus infection. It is performed on a sample taken with a nasal / oral-pharyngeal swab and then analyzed by molecular methods of RT-PCR in real time (Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction) for the amplification of the viral genes most expressed during the infection.
